The Großer Garten (Dresden’s largest park) is just a minute’s walk away, and public transportation (bus, S-Bahn, tram) is about three minutes away. The journey time to Dresden city center or the Technical University is approximately 10 minutes. This gives you quick access to all the major sights, while still allowing you to live in a comfortable and quiet location.

The 60-square-meter vacation apartment on the first floor of the house can accommodate up to 4 people. It was renovated in 2017 and has a bedroom (double bed), living room with sofa bed and satellite TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with bathtub and washing machine.
Our prices
up to 7 nights: 75,- €/night
from the 8th night: 65,- €/night
Pets (on request) flat rate: 20,- €/pet
All prices are per night for up to 2 people (additional person per night: 15,- €)
We charge a one-time fee of 50,- € for final cleaning and additional costs such as bed linen, towels, electricity, water, heating, dish towels, and Wi-Fi.
Minimum stay
Generally 3 nights, exept:
May – October und Dezember: 4 nights
Public holidays and holiday weekends: 4 nights
Our service
Check-in between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m., check-out by 11 a.m.
Travel cot available free of charge on request!
Note:
The state capital Dresden charges an lodging tax of 6% of the final price.
Aparmemt „Souterrain“
The 72-square-meter basement apartment with independent access can also accommodate up to 5 people. It was renovated in 2015 and has a bedroom (double bed), a living room with a sofa bed and satellite TV, a very large kitchen, a bathroom with shower and bathtub, and a washing machine, making it ideal for families.
